·          A well dressed dish – now is the best time of year to enjoy the Sussex crab, which is low in protein and bursting with flavour.
·          Looking good with food – foodstuffs, herbs and plants have been used for centuries as beauty aids. Find out which ones and how to use them.
·          Eat, drink and be merry – Christmas celebrations over the years in West Sussex and hints and tips for this festive season.

West Sussex County Council Leader Louise Goldsmith said: “Taste West Sussex has handy recipes for in-season local produce, and supports our local food and drink producers. Buying local is good for the environment and benefits our local businesses and economies.”
