Police at Worthing have donated £300 to Selden Kids In Play (SKIP) to help with the costs of creating an accessible play park in the Selden ward.

The donation comes from the Police Property Act Fund (PPAF), made up of monies received by the police from property confiscated by order of the court and then sold.

Police Community Support Officer Graeme Foster said: “SKIP was set up due to residents’ concerns surrounding a lack of accessible play parks in the Selden ward. The members have worked hard to address these concerns, identifying a possible site and rallying support from residents, councillors and MPs. Hopefully this donation should help achieve this objective.”
